Fully-automatic fabric spreading on rails — servo tension and edge alignment for high-volume cutting lines.
Servo-driven tension control
Servo tension system keeps fabric flat across the spread with independent tension setting per roll, so the multi-ply cutter receives a square, even lay-up at line speed.
98 m/min drive speed
Continuous lay-up at up to 98 m/min keeps the multi-ply cutter fed; supports both 220 mm single-tension and 160 mm dual-tension roll modes.
Five working widths
1.6 / 1.9 / 2.1 / 2.6 / 3.1 m spreads — pair directly with favorable's FE / FS / FC multi-ply cutting beds across the same width range.

Mid-volume cut floor, standard roll widths (1.6 – 2.1 m)
High-volume or wide-format cut floor (2.6 – 3.1 m)
Continuous lay-up feeding a multi-ply cutter at line speed
| Workflow | Recommended system | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Mid-volume cut floor, standard roll widths (1.6 – 2.1 m) | SPX5 | SPX5 covers 1.6 / 1.9 / 2.1 m with closed-loop servo tension + optical edge alignment |
| High-volume or wide-format cut floor (2.6 – 3.1 m) | SPX6 | SPX6 up to 98 m/min and 3.1 m working width for large multi-ply lines |
| Continuous lay-up feeding a multi-ply cutter at line speed | SPX6 | 98 m/min drive speed keeps FE / FS / FC cutting beds fed without manual pausing |
