Installation & Commissioning

Machines are 90% pre-commissioned at our Dongguan factory before shipping. On-site work covers leveling, electrical connection and software integration with your CAD pipeline.

Operator & Engineer Training

Training is included with every installation and runs at your site or at favorable's Dongguan campus. We cover daily operation, maintenance, blade replacement and basic troubleshooting until your team is fluent on the line.

Remote Technical Support

The service team supports your line remotely — diagnostics, configuration help and operator coaching. Most issues are resolved without dispatching a service engineer.

Wear Parts & Spares

Original wear parts from the factory that built your machine — blades, belts, vacuum components, print heads. Email parts@cutter-part.com with your machine model and serial for an accurate parts quote.

Warranty

Standard machine warranty covers parts and labour from acceptance. Extended-warranty options available. Consumables (blades, bristles, belts) are excluded per industry norm.

24-Hour Service Response

24-hour response time on service inquiries, anywhere across the 120+ countries we serve. The clock starts when you reach our service team — diagnostic engagement, parts confirmation or technical follow-up runs within the same day.
