  • Installation & Commissioning

    Factory engineers travel to your site for mechanical install, software commissioning, network integration and operator training. Typical timeline: 5–10 days on-site, depending on machine class.

  • Operator & Engineer Training

    Standard 3-day operator course plus 2-day engineer-level course covering daily-use, maintenance, blade-replacement, and troubleshooting. Trainings are conducted at your site or at favorable's Dongguan campus.

  • Cloud-Standard Remote Diagnostics

    Every favorable machine ships with a remote-diagnostics module that lets our service team see real-time logs, blade life, vacuum negative-pressure curves and fault codes. We can resolve most issues without dispatching a service engineer.

  • Wear Parts & Spares

    Original wear parts from the factory that built your machine, with same-week shipping from Dongguan to most ports. Send us your machine model and serial for an accurate parts quote.

  • Warranty

    Standard machine warranty covers parts and labour for 12 months from acceptance. Extended warranty options available; consumables (blades, bristles) are excluded per industry norm.

  • Documentation & Knowledge Base

    Operator manuals, blade-change guides and CAD-software tutorials are included with every machine. Future hosted knowledge base will be linked here once published.

  • Need installation, parts or remote help?

    A favorable service engineer answers every inquiry — typically same business day. Tell us the machine, the serial and what’s happening on the floor.
