Standard equipment warranty on all favorable cutting beds, spreaders, plotters and pattern scanners. Extended-warranty options available on request at order time.
Original parts only
We supply original blades, belts, vacuum components and electronic modules — the same parts our factory assembles into new machines. No third-party clones.
Same-week shipping
Wear consumables (blades, belts) and common spares ship from Dongguan stock within the same week. Critical-path parts ship same-day where available.

- Are blades covered by warranty?
Blades are wear consumables and excluded from warranty per industry norm. We carry stock of all blade types from Dongguan and ship same-week worldwide.
- Do you sell Lectra / Gerber / Bullmer-compatible parts?
No. We supply original parts only for favorable own machines. We do not sell cross-brand compatibles. (favorable can quote a full machine replacement if your legacy unit is no longer parts-supported.)
- How do I order spare parts?
Email parts@cutter-part.com with your machine serial number and the part code from your operator manual. We confirm price and shipping within one business day.
