FS / FC is positioned for automotive and industrial-material multi-ply cutting. The spec sheet lists 25 kPa vacuum on the FS flagship (vs. FE's 23 kPa) and 28/30 kW total power for the heavier hold-down required by thick coverstock and technical layups. The FS / FC models share the same 5180 mm chassis: FS9 cuts 90 mm ply at 80 m/min, FS6 cuts 60 mm at 80 m/min, FC8 tunes to 50 m/min for thicker plies.

Software-controlled walk-and-cut adapts to piece size in real time and feeds under continuous vacuum — no re-positioning, no window waste, less fabric used.

Analyses two adjacent cut paths and automatically plans a shared cutting line, cutting it once without over-cutting or damaging pieces.
