HP thermal + EPSON head options
Choose head technology per workflow — HP 600 DPI thermal-inkjet on F1 / Gen II / Gen III HP45, or EPSON continuous-supply on Gen III EPSON. Both run on high-speed servo with full closed-loop positioning.
Bulk-ink saves 90%
The Gen II LH series with bulk-ink supply runs 3,000 m+ continuous output between paper changes; ink cost drops by an order of magnitude versus consumer cartridges.
Print + cut + mill in one pass
LH-C combo prints and contour-cuts on the same gantry; DH/FH milling plotters plot, cut and mill rigid PVC templates in one pass — no transfer between machines.
Pick the system that fits your floor.
F1 Inkjet
F1 NP series is the high-speed garment inkjet plotter.
Gen II LH
Gen II LH series is the production workhorse — 3,000 m+ continuous accurate feed, optional bulk-ink supply saves 90% of ink cost.
Gen III EPSON
Gen III EPSON line uses EPSON continuous-supply print heads with full closed-loop servo positioning.
Gen III HP45
Gen III HP45 platform shares the Gen III architecture with HP 45A print heads.
LH-C Combo
LH-C Lightning Engine combo plots a marker and contour-cuts it on the same gantry — print and cut in one pass at 1,200 mm/s vector speed.
DH / FH Template
DH / FH template milling plotters drill, punch, cut, plot and mill PVC garment templates in one pass.
AH Flatbed
AH flatbed pattern cutting machines inkjet-plot and knife-cut on a single flatbed in one pass, driven by Favorable's Vertical Acceleration Engine and a patented sub-cavity negative-pressure matrix platform.
