Vertical Acceleration Pattern Cutting Machine
Flatbed inkjet-plot-and-cut machine driven by the Vertical Acceleration Engine — 1,500 mm/s vertical acceleration, 1,200 mm/s inkjet, plotting and knife-cutting on a patented negative-pressure matrix platform in one pass.

- Function
- Flatbed inkjet plot + knife cut in one pass
- Raster resolution
- 600 DPI
- Cut thickness
- 1.5 mm (customizable)
- Movement
- Straight-line / curve constant speed
AH flatbed pattern cutting machines inkjet-plot and knife-cut on a single flatbed in one pass, driven by Favorable's Vertical Acceleration Engine and a patented sub-cavity negative-pressure matrix platform. Two drive families share the same four working areas: the differential AC-servo (-SV) line runs 1,500 mm/s plotting and cutting with 120 m²/h inkjet throughput, while the differential closed-loop stepping line runs 600 mm/s with 85 m²/h.

Real-time stepless speed + knife pressure
Adjusts running speed and knife pressure steplessly on the fly, with no-ink shutdown reminder and non-stop ink-cartridge replacement to keep jobs running.
Differential pixel-level vector tracking
Differential vector closed-loop control tracks motion at pixel level for clean plotted lines and accurate knife cuts.
Continuous ultra-long + multi-file output
Outputs ultra-long nested layouts and multiple files continuously; high-speed transfer caches 24 hours of work data for offline running.
