Overview

favorable's dual-head footwear & luggage cutter runs a 1,600 × 1,600 mm vacuum bed at up to 1,800 mm/s with ±0.1 mm accuracy, cutting material up to 50 mm on an imported servo rack-and-pinion drive. Two asynchronous cutting heads work the bed independently, so the machine sustains higher throughput than a single-head bed on production-scale shoe and bag runs.
