Vertical-engine knife head

8-zone honeycomb vacuum bed
Honeycomb aluminium platform with 4 mm imported felt belt and 8 independent vacuum zones — strong hold for irregular hides and small pieces, flat platform that resists deformation.
On-bed vision capture (optional)

Fixed-Table 1625
The 1625 fixed-table cutter is favorable's 1,600 × 2,500 mm single-ply base — a fixed vacuum-adsorption bed driven by an imported servo rack-and-pinion system at up to 1,800 mm/s, 60 mm cut thickness and ±0.
Auto-Feed 1625
The 1625 auto-feed cutter adds a powered conveyor to the 1,600 × 2,500 mm platform, feeding material continuously through the cutting zone for uninterrupted production.
Extended 1625
The 1625 extended-bed cutter lengthens the auto-feed conveyor to a 4,400 mm footprint for oversized panels and long technical-fabric runs.
Multi-Ply 1625
The 1625 multi-layer line extends the platform into a small-multi-layer spread-and-cut workflow, with separate loading, spreading, cutting and receiving zones and an air-floating, non-powered secondary laminating tabletop.
Vision 1625
The 1625 large-vision cutter adds an overhead large-vision camera system to the 1,600 × 2,500 mm platform, locating printed marks and contours for accurate cut-to-print registration.
